Jaguar is arguably one of the most customizable monitoring and reporting solutions available today. All discovery and monitoring rules are XML based, and thus it is fairly easy to modify existing or add new device and agent support. As a value added service, our Integration Engineers will "Certify" your new or existing devices by creating custom code, and in most cases integrate it into the product in the next release so that everyone in the community benefits. At that point, your new device is "Certified".

For customers with support, we promise a 30-day turnaround for certifications - which is literally unheard of in the IT Monitoring Market. Similar solutions will make you wait at least 90 days for a certification, longer for a more complicated integration.
